Journey to the Moon

Journey to the Moon

3 Saturdays - October 14, 21, 27

10 am - 11:15 am Eastern

$99 for series, drop-ins available upon request

Join Anna Brooke for a deep dive into your magic by way of your relationship with the moon. Believed to be the passage point of our souls into this planet, the moon has been worshipped under many names for millennia. The feminine, the guide of waters, and Divine Mother energy are some of the names attributed to the Moon and her power.

Plug into your intuitive gifts, and let your intentions grow with the waxing moon cycle. We begin on the new moon, continue through the first quarter, and finish on the full moon. Taking advantage of the balance and beauty of Libra season as we approach the deeper churn of Scorpio, this three-session journey is designed to amplify your connection to the sacred, cosmic forces that flow around us always.

This series will include journaling, meditations, ceremony, and sharing.

Bring your dreams, desires, and intentions to develop a relationship with the moon in a new way, along with a journal, writing implement, and source of light (candle, crystal, or any object that evokes light for you.)

You are encouraged to wear something white, ivory, or silver to each class, but it is not required.

Join Anna Brooke for an evening of breathwork dedicated to the energies of awakening. Whether you are tired of old patterns that keep playing out in your life, or feel fatigued or uninspired, this class will offer you tools to call in your wisdom and power of choice to make new decisions moving forward.

In this virtual workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice conscious connected breathing, also known as Rebirthing Breathwork. Breathwork for Creativity

Register here!

Join Anna Brooke for a playful and inspired evening of breathwork that blends the breath with creative self-expression and visioning.

Explore your internal landscapes of joy and self-connection by connecting with your breath and vitality. When we allow deep inner connection and relaxation, our natural creative nature can come up like a spring from the ground to nourish, inform, and remind us that we always have a choice as to how we choose to create our lives.

You will be introduced to conscious connected breathing, also known as Rebirthing Breathwork, with time for questions and explanations.

Bring an intention that you would like to explore, or just bring yourself - nothing is required beyond your inhale and exhale!

We will be using the modality of conscious connected breathing, a way of inhaling and exhaling that can bring release and relaxation to our body. You are invited to lie down and relax for the breathwork portion of the class. Consider joining us from your bed, the couch, or another soft surface that feels comfortable and supportive. Extra blankets are encouraged as the body can sometimes cool off during breathwork.

No prior experience is necessary - just bring yourself and a journal, pad of paper with pens, pencils, or any other expressive media you enjoy. All are welcome!

Please wear comfortable clothes and have a glass of water handy for before and after the breathe.

This class runs for four weeks with live calls every week. At this time, this class is only open to people in female bodies or who identify as female.

For this class, you don't need sparkling gowns or tiaras and heels - you just need your wonderful body and a desire to learn some foxy new moves!

Blending burlesque movement with self-inquiry and reflective exercises, Burlesque Emergence is a class designed to bring you into your heart and body with peace, joy, and celebration.

In every class we will:

  • learn different elements of classic burlesque movement, including glove peel, boa play and stripping out of your robe!

  • explore opportunities for a deeper, inner journey of self-love, compassion, and forgiveness.

  • learn about burlesque history

  • dance!

You will need a clear, open, private space where you can move around easily.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that you love moving around in. You are welcome to have a notebook and pen handy if you wish.

Please note that every participant is expected to remain clothed the entire time. No nudity is allowed.

You are encouraged to source props for the last three classes. You do not need to buy new things unless you want to! Below is the list of props/wardrobe items that you will need for each class. You will receive this list again upon registration.

Class One - only you and your lovely body!

Class Two - Gloves - long satin gloves are ideal, but if all you have are oven mitts, gardening gloves, winter gloves, clean rubber gloves, costume gloves, etc - bring them! As long as you have two gloves that fit you, you’ll be good to go. Feel free to bring a few pairs of gloves with you to class to play and see what suits.

Class Three - Boa or scarf - if you can get your hands on a feather boa, that is ideal. However, if all you have are scarves, bring them instead! Be sure that the scarves are soft and not scratchy - we want them to feel good on your skin.

Class Four - Robe or wraparound dress. You’re welcome to bring any dress you want but be sure that it is easily removable, aka only one zipper that is easy to reach and smooth to unzip.

Let Go & Let Love: Forgiveness as a Practice of Self-Love

Register here

As we move into the quiet of autumn, let us let go of what we no longer need.

What could your life look like if you unhooked from old pain? What would emotional freedom feel like? A practice of self-love can keep us feeling buoyant, resourced, and in connection with our own needs. Fold in forgiveness, and you get to clear old burdens and access both freedom and relief.

Forgiveness is the highest and hardest action any of us can take, but when we engage with it as a skill to be honed, we get to use it with increased ease throughout our life.

Forgiveness releases us from the binds of hurt, pain, grief, and anger and allows us to make new, supportive choices for ourselves.

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, you will

  • Work with forgiveness as a tool of self-love

  • Create deeper resilience and increased fluency of self-care

  • Let go of old pain for good

Bring a journal and anything else you need to feel nurtured and supported. Comfortable clothes and a glass of water are also recommended.

This class runs for four weeks with weekly zoom calls.

Change your life at the speed of you with The Forgiveness Lab.

What People Are Saying:

“I highly recommend The Forgiveness Lab if you are even slightly ready to adjust your relationship to holding old hurts and make space for new possibility. Anna is a respectful, thoughtful guide in exploring a vulnerable space. Offering a different way of understanding and working with forgiveness and practical tools you can continue using. This space felt safe and supportive for being vulnerable and open, and I am much lighter and ready to welcome in more nourishing and supportive things having cleared away old stories, even small parts of them. I look forward to working with these tools more!” Eva D.
