Brooklyn Breathwork's September breathe will happen over Labor Day weekend. For those who are in town and wanting to take some time for deep self care, this day is for you!

Bring a mat, pillow, blanket and anything else you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Bring a friend and get ready for some deep, safe exploration of your sacred self!
