Two breathes in one month?! Why not? We are all in the midst of enormous personal and relational transformation and the more you breathe, the more you go with the flow.

Brooklyn Breathwork is proud to bring in Mauro Clerici, a colorpuncturist based in NYC. Colorpuncture is a non-invasive treatment that involves small, concentrated points of light shown upon the different energy centers of the body. The results are both subtle and transformative. Mauro will be offer a brief introduction to colorpuncture and will then administer a 2-3 minute treatment on everyone during the group breathe.
