Morning Breathwork Series with MINKA brooklyn

What would it look like to create a more conscious relationship with your own breath? What would become available to you? What do you get to experience by breathing more fully, more consciously and with a deeper sense of connection to yourself?

Join Anna Brooke for five consecutive mornings of breathwork practice. We will be meeting at 7:30am for 30 minutes beginning on Monday morning and ending on Friday morning. Each class will consist of a five-minute gentle grounding and check-in, a twenty-minute breathe, and a five-minute wrap-up. You will need a soft, comfortable surface to lie down on with extra layers in case you get cold during the breathe. It is recommended to have water and a notebook nearby.

Conscious breathing has been shown to reduce stressful feelings, create more space for our bodies and minds to navigate our lives with more awareness, and saturate our blood with oxygen and nutrients to help us feel more grounded and connected to ourselves and our highest good.

No prior experience is necessary - all are welcome!
