How do we stay focused on our needs and clear on where we want to go if we allow old stories and unresolved pain to play a role in our decision making?

This blended online and self-study program will give you new tools to help navigate old areas of discomfort with empowerment and create fresh, new possibilities in your life.

In this four-week online program, you will:

  • gain new tools to help you navigate and heal unresolved emotions

  • increase your emotional flexibility and resilience

  • practice forgiveness in real-time

Program runs May 4-25 with live zoom calls every Tuesday from 7:30-9pm eastern. You will receive the zoom link upon registration.
