This six week series begins January 7th and runs through February 11th! Series cost is $60 and drop-in rate is $10/class.

Wu Tao Dance is a powerful dance, exercise and meditation program that balances your vital life energy, or Qi, using beautiful, originally composed music and flowing, easy dance movements. Wu Tao Dance will restore your balance and health physically, emotionally and spiritually. Perfect for all ages, Wu Tao Dance will leave you feeling refreshed and peaceful and ready to flow anew within your life.
